Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide unparalleled customer service, ensuring all our customers — both internal and external — feel they truly “Deserve the Best”.
  • Handle inquiries professionally, whether it’s over the phone or in our showroom, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Master our product offerings to competently guide customers through our solutions, enhancing their buying experience.
  • Stay organized and proactive, from managing sales orders and payments to updating installation schedules and handling customer information securely.
  • Embrace continuous improvement, seeking out and implementing lean process enhancements to streamline operations and boost customer satisfaction.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • A sharp eye for detail and a solid foundation in accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, office equipment, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong understanding of Allenfarm Fence’s products and services to effectively communicate offerings to customers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A commitment to safe working practices and knowledge of lean processes.

Experience and Training:

  • Preferred two years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Training in LEAN processes and impairment detection, with a willingness to complete ongoing safety and professional development training.
