• Learn and perform the essential functions of the Helper role, aiming for proficiency and autonomy in your tasks.

Installation Foreman

The installation foreman will be responsible for overseeing field installs. Must have strong leadership skills and be able to use power tools and equipment. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 80 lbs. We are looking for hard-working, dependable individuals.

Shop Helper

Are you meticulous, reliable, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment? Allenfarm Fence Company seeks a dedicated Shop Helper to join our Warehouse & Production team. If you have a passion for craftsmanship, thrive in a team setting, and take pride in supporting the creation of quality fencing solutions, we’re looking for you.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Support the production of welding, wood, vinyl, and chainlink products, contributing to Allenfarm’s reputation for exceptional quality.
• Take initiative in maintaining inventory, ensuring tools and materials are ready and available for each project.
• Collaborate with the Installation crews, helping to load and organize materials efficiently and safely.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to workplace safety, cleanliness, and organization, upholding Allenfarm’s high standards daily.
• Engage in continuous learning, from welding and CNC operations to LEAN process improvements, contributing to an environment of excellence and innovation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt, including willingness to develop skills in welding, CNC operation, and LEAN methodologies.
• Proficiency with the safe operation of warehouse and production equipment, with the ability to follow work orders accurately.
• Physical capability to work in various conditions, including lifting up to 80 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Experience and Training:
